Cancellation Policy

We advise you to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected cancellation. Cancellation must be communicated by email to holidayforrent@gmail.com by the party who made the original booking.

Cancellation fees are as follows and are based on the percentage of the total reservation.

If more than 43 days before arrival – 30% (your deposit)

If 42-14 days before your arrival – 50%

If 14-0 days before your arrival – 100%
